NOTICE CALLING FOR OPTION TO WORK AS DAILY WAGER POSTMAN/MTS

              Option of willing GDS officials of this Sub Division is called  for preparation of a panel of SUITABLE DAILY WAGERS  to work against leave vacancies/ clear-cut vacancies  in departmental Postman and MTS ( formerly Gr.D ) cadre of this Sub Division.

1. Official must excercise his/her option in writting and same must reach the office of ASP I/C Jagatsinghpur before 30th Sept 2012. The mobile number/contact number must be given for immediate contact at the time of necessity.

2. She/he must excercise her/his willingness for any specific post or specific office, if any. In other cases, it will be presumed that her/his  option can be considered for any vacancy in the Sub Division.

3. Official once ordered to work mustn't abstain without sufficient cause. He will be made accountable for causing dislocation and suitable action can be taken.

3. Engagement will be made for 89 days or in administrative interest for 180 days at a stretch.

4. The GDS official will be paid at the minimum payscale and grade pay, as admissible.

5. He can't claim permanent absoption in any cadre by virtue of this engagement.

6. ASP I/C Jagatsinghpur reserves the right to terminate the arrangement at any time without assigning any reason, subject to administrative exigencies/compulsions.

7. SPMs/PMs will circulate through BO/SO slips as well as informal talk.

8. She/he will provide suitable substitute in her/his original post during the period.
